Product Delivery and Delivery Times
Product delivery will only be carried out up
on receipt of payment confirmation from the credit card company or PayPal, meaning the product has been paid for. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer as the shipping address at the time of order placement.
The site is committed to delivering the goods within the specified delivery timeframe to the requested destination and will do its utmost to ensure the product arrives quickly, in good condition, and without damage.
The site management will make every effort to deliver products within 14 business days from the order’s receipt and completion. Orders will be sent via registered mail, or within 7 business days if sent by courier.
Delivery times include only business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).
If the shipping company cannot deliver to the specified address for any reason, the site management will notify the customer and work to find an alternative solution that meets both parties' needs.
Shipments provided by the site’s chosen delivery company are subject to the terms and distribution areas of the delivery company, with coordination via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS with the recipient.
For products delivered through Israel Post, items will be sent according to Israel Post's delivery times, which are not controlled or monitored by the site management or its suppliers.
Delivery times listed on the site do not apply to products out of stock.
Deliveries are made through a courier company, which handles the transportation of products under its terms, binding the customer.
Shipping Fees
In addition to the ordered products' price, the customer will be charged a shipping fee. The fee amount will appear at the end of the order process, based on the shipping method chosen by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees will be paid with the product’s payment. In credit card and PayPal purchases, the site may collect the shipping fee with the first payment.
The site will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to force majeure.
Customers must immediately notify the site by email at info@safewildlifecrossings.com if the product is not delivered within the specified time on the site. In such a case, the new delivery time will be counted from the date of a newly scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Product cancellation within 14 days from receiving it must be requested via email at info@safewildlifecrossings.com. In the event of a cancellation unrelated to a defect or delay, the customer will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation notice.
Donation Terms
This site is the official website of the registered organization and enables donation collection. By using the site, including donations and product purchases, you agree to these terms.
When making a donation by credit card, the card will be verified, and the user will receive immediate confirmation of the transaction status.
